Material received, washed, cut to size, selected and inspected, coated, pre-fried ,frozen and packaged as per the packaging specifications.

Wedges are to be provided from wholesome sweet potatoes selected to provide finished product.

INGREDIENTS
Frying Medium: vegetable oil(NON-GMO refined soybean or palm oil)
Ingredients: sweet potato, rice flour, wheat flour, maize flour, salt, food additives(Oxidized starch,  disodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, guar gum, paprika red) wheat starch, dextrose, spice.

PRODUCT HANDLING:
Keep frozen at or below -18ºC, maximum storage 24 months.

COOKING DIRECTIONS
Baking :preheat oven to 230ºC(450F).Place on a pre-heated baking tray and cook for 10-12minutes each side.
